• Payment information: payment references processed securely via PayPal. We do not store card numbers.

We process your personal data to provide the door-to-cabin luggage delivery service you have booked, to communicate with you about your booking, to arrange collection and delivery with our drivers and approved courier partners, and to fulfil our contractual and legal obligations. We may also use your contact details to send you relevant service information where you have requested it.

4. Lawful basis

We rely on the performance of a contract (your booking), our legitimate interests in operating the business, and your consent where you provide it (for example, marketing communications you sign up to).

5. Data sharing

We share your booking details only with the parties necessary to deliver your service — our employed drivers, approved external couriers, and the relevant cruise line where required for baggage handling. We never sell your data to third parties.

We retain booking records for the duration of your service and for a reasonable period afterwards to allow us to respond to queries, handle any complaints, and meet accounting and legal record-keeping requirements.
